Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions :

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Custom creations cannot be returned.

Return :

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@bibimoon.fr with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Return costs :

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged. In this case, we will cover the return costs.
